The original packaging (which includes the serial number) is essential for verifying the authenticity of the product and also to ensure that the product is procured with Good Dog People, and not from other sources.
This requirement is communicated prominently on several of our touch points, such as the order thank you page, order confirmation email, order dispatch notification email and order review email.
