Can I add or remove an Autoship item?

Yes, you can login to the Autoship portal to add or remove an item before the upcoming auto-payment is completed.

Note: When an auto-payment is completed, your items will be processed and dispatched automatically within 1-3 working days. At this stage, we seek your understanding that our fulfilment center will not be in a position to facilitate further adjustments.
