Can I add or remove an Autoship item?

Yes, you may add or remove an item before the upcoming auto-payment is completed. You can either login to the Autoship portal to modify your order or reach out to our customer care team and we'll do our best to assist. 


Note: When an auto-payment is completed, your items will be processed and dispatched automatically within 1-3 working days. At this stage, we seek your understanding that our fulfilment center will not be in a position to facilitate further adjustments.
