Can I reschedule or modify the interval of my existing Autoship?

Yes, you can sign in to the Autoship portal to rechedule or edit the interval to suit your needs before the upcoming auto-payment is completed. You can also reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

Note: When an auto-payment is completed, your items will be processed and dispatched automatically within 1-3 working days. At this stage, we seek your understanding that our fulfilment center will not be in a position to facilitate further adjustments.
