I missed my delivery because I am uncontactable and the driver cannot access my door. What should I do?

We strongly recommend you to ensure the accuracy of shipping method, address and contact information submitted to ensure a pleasant fulfilment experience.


Dry Products:


The package (dry items) will be returned to our fulfilment center. You may arrange an appointment with us to pick it up or redeliver for a fee of $7.


Frozen / Chilled Products:


Our delivery personnel are trained and authorised to discard all frozen / chilled products as food safety is paramount to us. As a good practice for all grocers, frozen / chilled products that are returned should not be accepted and resold to consumers.

In view of this, our delivery personnel are not allowed to return frozen / chilled products to our fulfilment center due to considerations such as duration of frozen food left in ambient temperature, unplanned storage for the returned frozen food, unplanned routing to return to fulfilment center, etc which may compromise the quality and safety of frozen / chilled food.


We seek your understanding that a refund will not be provided for discarded frozen / chilled product(s).
